In my last blog “Creating our reality from the heart” I shared about how the heart continually frames the reality we live in. I could really feel Holy Spirit on this, teaching me something new, learning how to create with Him. I’ve learned so much more already that I need to write it all down to really own it. I might write a book on it someday.

After chewing a lot on what the heart carries and how it frames your reality, God began to introduce something new to the table, my mouth.

​For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. – Romans 10:10 (ESV)

The Holy Spirit led me to some teachings from Kirby de Lanerolle, an amazing man of God teaching on faith. I somehow felt Holy Spirit wanting me to listen to his teachings and Holy Spirit began to show me the importance of speaking.

“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you;
And LIGHT will shine on your ways. – Job 22:28

So I started speaking and decreeing things more often and immediately the things I decreed started happening. I was amazed by it! I would take a prophetic word for example that said that God was gonna bless me financially and I would decree “Thank you God that financial blessings are flowing to me right now.” And a few hours later or the next morning I would receive messages from people who decided to bless me financially. It got really crazy as I started decreeing His promises over my life into the present. I remember being at the trainstation to buy a trainticket and a random guy hands me a ticket that allows me to travel through the whole country the whole day.
And as I began to speak and decree what I would believe God would do and He had told me it immediately came into existence into “my world.”

‘Yet we have the same spirit of FAITH as he had who wrote, I have believed, and therefore have I spoken. We too BELIEVE, and therefore WE SPEAK.’ – 2 Cor 4:13 (AMP)

The spirit of Faith began to introduce himself to me. I started learning even more about living by Faith and how it is birthed into the natural. God SPOKE the world into existence. He said “Let there be light” and there was light. There is just something important about the speaking part, because that’s how God birthed things into the natural. All the way through scripture we read about the importance about the Word of God being spoken. I’m not talking about the Bible being the Word of God, just imagine how ridiculous that is!!

In the beginning was the Bible, and the Bible was with God and Bible was God. And the Bible became flesh and it dwelled among us.

Jesus Christ is the Word of God that became flesh. And so we read in scripture how the Word of God would come to a prophet and then the Prophet would SPEAK and DECREE. And what would actually happen is the Prophet would begin to call forth things into existence.

Your ability to speak was given to create! So what world are you creating to live in? What are you hearing God say to you? And what do you believe or have faith for that something to happen? 

We can ask Holy Spirit what we may speak and decree into existence. God wants us to learn how to create with Him, speaking out of that place of intimacy and union with Him in our hearts. We have been made in Gods image and have the ability to create and speak Heaven into existence on the earth. Seeing His Kingdom come by decreeing it into existence. You are more powerful than you know, because you have Christ in you the Hope of Glory.
